Customized Workout Plans: I’ll create personalized workout routines to align with your goals (whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness). The InBody results will guide exercise selection and intensity.
Nutrition Guidance: You will receive valuable information on balanced eating, portion control, and nutrient-dense foods.
Regular Progress Tracking: The InBody scan will be repeated periodically to track changes in your body composition. Adjustments to your workout plans will be made accordingly.
Recovery Strategies: You will learn the importance of rest days, proper sleep, stretching, and other recovery techniques.
